Both were built in 2021. Choose from eleven room types, from 20 m² studios to two-level units for five and a 1SDK for up to eight. Every room has a gas-stove kitchen and a washing machine.

One stop to Shinjuku, close to Shibuya and Yoyogi Park
From Hatagaya the Keio New Line reaches Shinjuku in about 5 minutes and runs through onto the Toei Shinjuku Line toward Jimbocho and Kudanshita. Sasazuka is on the Keio Line toward Chofu and Hachioji. Rokugo-dori shopping street by the station has restaurants and supermarkets, and Yoyogi Park and Yoyogi-Uehara are within walking distance.

Are there any fees on top of the room price?
A cleaning fee is charged once per stay. It is shown in the price breakdown and included in the total. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and there is no deposit or key money.
How do I check in?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Follow the instructions we send in advance and go straight to your room without a front desk.
What is an apartment hotel?
A place to stay with a kitchen, a washing machine and other everyday facilities in the room, booked and checked into like a hotel. Stays of 1 to 29 nights.
Is the room cleaned during my stay?
As these are short stays, there is no regular cleaning during your stay as a rule (please contact us about long stays).
Can I use the kitchen and washing machine?
Every room has a kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker and a washing machine. Cookware, tableware and laundry supplies are provided.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
